TechForge Learning Center serves students ages 6 to 18. For students under 18 years of age, we require the consent of a parent or legal guardian before collecting or processing personal information.

By submitting an enrollment form on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the collection and processing of the minor's personal information as described in this Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@techforge-solutions.com so we can take appropriate action.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain accurate enrollment and service records, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

When your information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
