Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, programs, and products offered by TechForge Solutions Inc. ("TechForge," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as TechForge Learning Center.
TechForge Solutions Inc. is a corporation duly registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal offices at Unit 1 The Junction, CarmelRay Blvd., CarmelRay Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TechForge. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.
By accessing our website at www.techforge-solutions.com, submitting a registration or enrollment form, or purchasing products from our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are enrolling a student who is under 18 years of age, you represent that you are that student's parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
TechForge Solutions Inc. provides technology education programs, courses, and workshops primarily for students ages 6–18, as well as related educational products through our online store. Our current offerings include, but are not limited to:
- Junior Robotics (LEGO Spike Essentials & Prime)
- 3D Design & Printing (TinkerCAD)
- Python Programming & Game Development
- Scratch Programming
- Artificial Intelligence Development
Course content, schedules, instructors, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect enrolled students.
3.1 Enrollment in TechForge programs is subject to seat availability and completion of our official registration form.
3.2 By submitting a registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund.
3.3 For students under 18, enrollment must be initiated and authorized by a parent or legal guardian. The enrolling guardian assumes full responsibility for the student's participation and compliance with these Terms.
3.4 TechForge reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment application at its sole and absolute discretion, including the right to limit class sizes to maintain educational quality.
4.1 Course fees are as published on our website and are subject to change with prior notice. Current pricing tiers are:
- LAUNCH – ₱950/session, 4 sessions/month (₱3,800 total)
- BOOST – ₱900/session, 12 sessions over 3 months (₱10,800 total)
- HYPER – ₱850/session, 24 sessions over 6 months (₱20,400 total)
4.2 Payment is due prior to or upon the commencement of classes, as directed by TechForge staff. Classes may not be attended until payment has been confirmed.
4.3 TechForge does not collect or store payment information through its website. All payments are made through designated channels as communicated by our staff.
4.4 Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.1 Session Rescheduling
Session rescheduling requests must be submitted to TechForge staff at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. Rescheduling is subject to instructor and slot availability. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the session being counted as attended and forfeited.
5.2 Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without prior notice of at least 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. No make-up class will be provided for unexcused absences.
5.3 Enrolled Packages — No Refund Policy
Once a learning package has commenced (i.e., the first session has been attended or the first scheduled session date has passed), all fees paid are non-refundable. In the event a student is unable to continue their program, unused sessions may, at TechForge's sole discretion, be credited to another student within the same immediate household, subject to:
- Prior written approval from TechForge management
- Use of the credit within the validity period of the original enrolled package, as determined by TechForge
Credits are not convertible to cash under any circumstances.
5.4 Class Cancellations by TechForge
If TechForge cancels a scheduled class for reasons within its control, a make-up session will be arranged at no additional cost. If a make-up session cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, a proportional credit or refund will be issued for the specific cancelled session only — not for the entire enrolled package.
TechForge is not liable for cancellations arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, power outages, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, TechForge will endeavor to reschedule affected sessions where possible.
5.5 Store Purchases
Products purchased through our online store may be returned or exchanged only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery, as provided under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines). The following conditions apply:
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product
- Requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase and documentation of the defect
- TechForge will first offer a replacement of the same product. A refund will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable
- Products returned without valid grounds will not be accepted
- Returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incompatibility are not accepted
6.1 Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior may result in suspension or permanent termination of enrollment without refund.
6.2 Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that enrolled students attend classes on time and are equipped with any required materials or devices as communicated by TechForge. Persistent tardiness or unexcused absences may affect a student's continued enrollment.
6.3 Students and guardians agree to use TechForge facilities, equipment, and materials responsibly and in good faith. Damage to TechForge property caused by a student's negligence or misconduct may be charged to the enrolling guardian at replacement cost.
6.4 TechForge is not responsible for personal belongings brought to our premises. We recommend that students do not bring valuable items that are not required for class.
6.5 Students must not share, reproduce, or distribute TechForge course materials, proprietary content, or software to any third party without prior written authorization.
7.1 All course materials, curricula, lesson plans, content, branding, logos, and resources provided by TechForge are the exclusive intellectual property of TechForge Solutions Inc. and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or create derivative works from any TechForge materials without prior written consent from TechForge Solutions Inc.
7.3 Work and projects created by students during TechForge programs remain the intellectual property of the student (or their guardian, if the student is a minor). However, TechForge reserves the right to feature student work in promotional, educational, or marketing materials, subject to the consent given at enrollment (see Section 8).
TechForge may take photographs or video recordings during classes, events, and activities for promotional, educational, and documentary purposes. By enrolling (or by allowing your child to enroll), you consent to such recording and to TechForge's use of captured media in marketing materials, social media, and our website.
If you do not wish to have yourself or your child photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing at inquiries@techforge-solutions.com prior to enrollment or at any time thereafter, and we will make reasonable accommodations.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, TechForge Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, programs, or products.
9.2 TechForge's total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product that is the subject of the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.
9.3 TechForge is not liable for outcomes related to a student's academic performance, results in external competitions, career prospects, or personal development resulting from (or independent of) participation in TechForge programs.
9.4 TechForge is not responsible for any technical issues, website downtime, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechForge Solutions Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of our services, website, or products; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
TechForge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of our website or enrollment in our programs following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date written notice of the dispute is delivered.
